Special Order Cancellation Policy:

Special orders include but are not limited to: corsages, boutonnieres, nosegay bouquets, bulk orders and specialty flowers (ie gardenias, stephanotis, out of season blooms, etc.)

Orders cancelled 73+ hours prior to 9AM on the pick-up day will receice a full refund in the same payment method used for purchase. (ie- Cancelled before Wed if order is for Sat pick up)

Special orders cancelled 72-48 hours prior to 9AM on the pick up day will incur a 20% restocking fee and will receive an 80% refund to the payment method initially used. (ie- Cancelled on Wed for a Sat order)

Special orders cancelled 47 hours prior to 9AM on the pick up day will receive an 80% refund via store credit. (ie- Cancelled Thurs or later for a Sat order)
